Favorite Eats in LA

Planning a trip to LA? Check out this list of must-visit restaurants and eateries.

Los Angeles

Laurel’s Hardware

Come for the ambiance and stay for the food. This place felt like the LA that I wanted to see.

Home

As corny as it sounds Home actually felt like home. Be sure to arrive at least 45 minutes before they close because the kitchen does close early here.

Birria San Marcos

This is truly the best birria I’ve ever had and word on the street is it’s the best in the city.

Marco Polo Trattoria

This bougie brunch can be poolside. Need I say more. Instead of bottomless mimosas, they offer bottomless bellinis.

Howlin’ Ray’s

Yes — this is worth the hype. I also had Dave’s Hot Chicken but the flavor of Howlin’ Ray’s was much better.

The Griddle

I don’t know what’s better the humongous pancakes or the views of LA.

The Venue

I stumbled upon this sexy karaoke lounge and they surprised me by offering an incredible happy hour.

Pasadena

Coffee and Plants

The cute, Instagrammable plant-based coffee shop of your dreams.

Salt & Straw

Step aside Jeni’s! Hands down this is some of the best ice cream I have ever had.

Lucky Boy

Local diner chain with a wide variety of menu items - from burgers to burritos.

Urth Caffé

My favorite location of a quintessential LA coffee shop.

Brick & Flour

The tacos were amazing but the churro donuts are the real star here!
